No. MARKS assembles authorised context faster and always cites its sources. OEM, class, regulatory requirements and qualified judgement remain the authority.
Is our documentation used to train public AI models?
No. Documents are indexed in your MARKS environment for retrieval. The answering model is configurable, including private models, and access is role-based.
Can MARKS read scanned manuals?
Yes. Ingestion runs OCR page by page so scanned PDFs become searchable alongside native text.
