NewMARKS marine AI now answers from your manuals

Empowering maritime teams with connected operations and marine AI.

NauticalFlows connects planned maintenance, daily reporting, incidents and machinery data on board with fleet dashboards and MARKS, a marine AI grounded in your own manuals and history — and it keeps working when the satellite link doesn't.

  • Offline-first vessel app
  • Acknowledged vessel–shore sync
  • Grounded marine AI

Platform at a glance

Built for real conditions at sea.

Connected data. Continuous onboard work. Confirmed delivery.

9

Connected modules

Maintenance, operations and AI on one shared data model.

100%

Designed for offline

Onboard PMS workflows remain usable without a connection.

15min

Work-order sync cycle

Scheduled synchronization when the vessel is connected.

0

Unacknowledged syncs

Records are marked synced only after shore acknowledgement.

The problem

Fragmentation creates delay, duplication and blind spots.

Shore teams receive an incomplete picture. Crews repeat work. Management can't reliably compare fleet, vessel and equipment performance.

Separate systems

Maintenance, operations, incidents and machinery information live apart — in different tools, folders and inboxes.

Manual reporting

Spreadsheets, email and repeated entry slow daily vessel reporting and introduce errors in running hours.

Broken links

Incidents don't automatically become corrective maintenance actions, so the same failures repeat.

Limited visibility

Machinery data and vessel status stay on board or arrive too late for shore to act.

Customer outcomes

Control, speed and knowledge that compounds.

01

Control

One operational truth

  • Single source for maintenance and operations
  • Better PMS compliance and fleet visibility
  • Stronger vessel–shore collaboration
02

Speed

Less friction in every workflow

  • Fewer spreadsheets, emails and duplicate entries
  • Faster access to history and documentation
  • Direct link from incident to corrective action
03

Knowledge

Fleet experience compounds

  • Recurring-failure and trend analysis
  • Retention of organisational technical knowledge
  • Foundation for condition-informed maintenance

Digitised workflows → connected operations → marine intelligence

Offline-first, proven live

Pull the plug. Nothing gets lost.

Watch onboard work continue through a connection loss. Changes queue locally, resume syncing when the link returns, and become synced only after shore acknowledges them.

  • Local-firstEvery workflow runs on the vessel's own database.
  • Acknowledged commitsA dropped response simply means a retry — never a lost record.
  • Incremental & scheduledWork orders every 15 min, spares every 45, files every 60 — or on demand.

Connected data workflow

Six stages turn isolated inputs into decisions.

Each stage adds context. None requires the vessel to give up local operating continuity.

MARKS · Marine RAG Knowledge System

A technical question becomes a grounded maintenance action.

MARKS reads your OEM manuals, drawings, SOPs and service reports page by page — OCR included — and combines them with PMS history, incidents and daily reports. Answers are scoped to the vessel and equipment, and every one cites its sources.

    Implementation

A five-phase rollout that proves value vessel by vessel.

Interfaces, data quality, monitor extraction and AI retrieval are validated before production expansion. No deployment dates are assumed until discovery is done.

    1. 01

      Discovery

Assess workflows, AMS access, connectivity and knowledge sources.

    2. 02

      Pilot vessel

Configure core workflows, local database, sync and selected data capture.

    3. 03

      Shore platform

Deploy central database, shore application, roles and dashboards.

    4. 04

      MARKS layer

Ingest approved sources and validate grounded technical queries.

    FAQ

    Questions fleets ask us.

Can't find your answer? Call or WhatsApp us — we reply fast.

    What is NauticalFlows?

NauticalFlows is a connected vessel operations platform. It combines an offline-first planned maintenance system and daily reporting on board with a shore application, fleet dashboards and MARKS — a marine AI knowledge system — all linked by reliable vessel–shore synchronisation.

Does the vessel software work without internet?

Yes. Every vessel runs the application against a local database. Crews keep working through outages; changes stay pending and synchronise automatically once a connection returns, and are marked synced only after shore acknowledges them.

Which vessel types is NauticalFlows suited to?

The platform is configured per fleet and is suited to offshore support vessels, tugs, tankers, bulk carriers, container ships and project vessels — any fleet that needs structured maintenance and reliable vessel–shore data.

How is MARKS different from a general AI chatbot?

MARKS answers only from your approved documents and records — OEM manuals, SOPs, maintenance history and incidents — scoped to the vessel and equipment in question, and cites the source pages. It supports engineers; it does not replace OEM instructions or qualified judgement.

Where is NauticalFlows based, and do you work internationally?

NAUTICALFLOWS LLC is headquartered in Business Bay, Dubai, UAE, and delivers and supports fleets globally.

    How long does implementation take?

We use a five-phase approach — discovery, pilot vessel, shore platform, MARKS layer and fleet rollout. Timing and scope are agreed during discovery based on your workflows, interfaces and fleet size.

Can we migrate from spreadsheets or another PMS?

Yes. Equipment libraries and standard jobs can be imported from structured templates; duplicates and missing links are flagged automatically so the data is clean before it reaches vessels.
